beautiful views, but breakfast options could improve
The historical charm of the hotel drew me in from the moment I arrived, making me feel as though I had stepped into a different era. The views from my Family Room with Balcony Mountain View were breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for my stay. The helpful lady at the reception even reserved a restaurant table for us, which added a nice touch to our experience.
While the atmosphere was delightful, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

More fun than I expected!
Stepping into this hotel was like diving into a delightful time capsule! The vintage charm with comfortable beds and amazing mountain views made it memorable. The breakfast spread was pleasing, and I adored the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The short walk from the train station is a workout, but worth it for the beautiful experience!

Breathtaking views and cozy vibes!
I loved the view from our room. it was seriously epic with snowy peaks right outside. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone behind. The bar area was cozy for evening drinks, but I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Overall, a lovely stay with a homely feel.

exceptional mountain views, charming common areas, historic architecture
Rooms could use renovations!!! Creaky floorboards disrupted our peace and comfort!!! A long uphill walk from the train station felt inconvenient, especially with luggage!!!

A charming hotel with unforgettable views
Our stay at this hotel was truly magical. The stunning views of the snow-capped mountains from our balcony were nothing short of breathtaking. The cozy rooms had a vintage feel and were perfect for our family's needs. The meals were delicious, particularly the breakfast, which offered fresh local products. However, the steep walk from the train station can be a challenge, so I recommend arranging for the pickup service if you're carrying heavy luggage.

The stay was enjoyable with a quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. The views of the Jungfrau are breathtaking, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, some furniture is quite dated, and the dining experience lacked some organization. Still, it's a charming place with personality worth experiencing.

The ambiance is enchanting, reminiscent of a bygone era with its historic decor and charming touches. Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a spacious family room with breathtaking mountain views from the balcony. Breakfast offered a decent spread, but service was inconsistent, notably with one staff member being rude. A touch of modern comfort met with traditional design made it a unique experience.
